Introducing Sp3ctrum Creation Credits

At Sp3ctrum Creation Lab, creation is intentional. Every scent, every session, every detail is designed with care. To honor that philosophy, we’re introducing Sp3ctrum Creation Credits (⧌) — our internal way to reward creativity, loyalty, and participation in the Lab.

Sp3ctrum Creation Credits are a thank you, not a shortcut. They’re designed to keep value circulating within the creative experience — not to rush decisions or reduce the art of scent-making.

Sp3ctrum Creation Credits (⧌) are a proprietary, in-house credit system that can be applied toward eligible appointments and retail purchases at Sp3ctrum Creation Lab.

Each Credit is issued with a unique serial code, which can be entered at checkout online or redeemed in person.

Credits are not cash, not gift cards, and not legal tender. They exist exclusively within the Sp3ctrum Creation Lab ecosystem.

For clarity and ease of use, Sp3ctrum Creation Credits are currently issued and redeemed at the following reference rate:

This rate is provided to make applying Credits simple and transparent. As an internal value system, the exchange rate may be adjusted in the future at the discretion of Sp3ctrum Creation Lab.

Sp3ctrum Creation Credits are issued in intentional, standardized denominations:

⧌3 — Creation Spark
A light nudge for discovery, play, and momentum.

⧌5 — Creative Boost
A meaningful incentive designed to encourage return visits and continued exploration.

⧌10 — Lab Loyalty Credit
A high-trust reward reserved for milestones, VIP moments, and special recognition.

Credits are always issued in these denominations to keep the system clear, consistent, and fair.

• Enter the serial code at checkout when booking an appointment or purchasing eligible retail items
• One Credit may be used per online transaction
• Credits cannot be stacked or combined online

• Present your Credit at checkout
• Multiple Credits may be combined for in‑store retail purchases
• Credits must be presented at the time of purchase

• Credits are non‑transferable and may only be used by the original recipient unless stated otherwise
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents
• Credits cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases
• Credits may not be used to purchase gift cards or additional Credits unless explicitly stated
• Lost or stolen Credits cannot be replaced

Unless otherwise disclosed at the time of issue, Credits do not expire and are not subject to service, dormancy, or maintenance fees.

They’re designed to reward engagement — not pressure decisions — and to keep creativity at the center of everything we do.

Use of Sp3ctrum Creation Credits constitutes acceptance of the program terms. Sp3ctrum Creation Lab reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Credit program at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
