Sp3ctrum Creation Lab – Terms & Conditions

1.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sp3ctrumcreationlab.com (the “Site”) or booking a session with Sp3ctrum Creation Lab (“Sp3ctrum,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site or our services.

2.  Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. Commercial resale or scraping of our content is prohibited without prior written permission.

3.  Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• Appointment confirmation – Your session is locked in once full deposit is processed via our booking platform.
   
• Cancellation / reschedule window – 48 hours’ notice required. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session fee.
   
• Custom blends – All bespoke formulas, including our Fragrance Match + Re-Creation service, are non-refundable once production begins.
   
• Product pricing – Current prices appear on the Site and may change without notice.

4.  Orders, Shipping & Returns

We ship alcohol-based perfumes only within jurisdictions that allow ground transport. Standard processing is 3–5 business days. Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days; all custom blends and opened items are final sale.

5.  Intellectual Property

All photographs, formulas, scent-DNA strings, trademarks (including “Sp3ctrum”), and other content on the Site are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit them without written consent.

6.  User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) transmit harmful code; (c) harvest personal data; (d) infringe our IP; (e) impersonate another person.

7.  Disclaimers

7.1 Reference-Fragrance & Trademark Notice

Sp3ctrum Creation Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the trademark owners of any reference fragrances mentioned. All trademarks remain the property of their respective holders and are used solely for comparison. Our “Fragrance Match + Re-Creation” service produces an independent, original formula that emulates the referenced scent’s note profile and evaporation curve; minor differences will occur due to proprietary materials, aging, and individual skin chemistry. No refunds on custom blends.
 

7.2 Allergen & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Fragrance materials can trigger allergies or sensitivities. Patch-test first. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for any adverse reaction.

7.3 No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
Information on the Site is for education and enjoyment only and is not medical advice.

8.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sp3ctrum’s total liability for any claim arising out of the Site or our products is limited to the greater of (i) USD $100 or (ii) the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sp3ctrum, its owners, stalkholders and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, unless you and we agree to binding arbitration.

11.  Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
