Thank you for shopping with Sp3ctrum Creation Lab. We take great care to ensure your fragrance products arrive in perfect condition. Please review our official policy below:

Due to the nature of custom and personal care products, we do not accept returns unless a product arrives damaged or defective as a result of our error.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will gladly replace your item with a new bottle at no additional cost.

You may exchange unopened, unused items in-store only, within 7 days of purchase, for another product of equal or lesser value. Exchange is subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be in original, unused condition
   
• Item must be accompanied by proof of purchase
  

• No exchanges or replacements will be granted for items that have been opened or used.
